We had one of the friendliest check ins, then, we found Mr. Ramirez to be the manager and he was able to put us on the 3rd floor as my husband was having cancer surgery. We desired away from the traffic on the lower floors. All the desk personnel were very friendly and courteous. We've stayed here once before but in a smaller unit. A great place to stay!
