Rules for the Guests

• Pet rooms must be reserved prior to arrival.
  $20 per pet with owners receiving a 25% discount.
• Maximum of two pets per room
• Maximum weight per pet is 65 lbs.

Some Rules for the Pets

• All public areas like restaurants, fitness areas, spa, pools and meeting rooms are for humans only to enjoy – sorry.
• Please no barking or meowing in the room or you'll be in BIG trouble. Tell your humans to make sure you have plenty of food, water and toys to keep you happy if they must leave you in the room alone. They could also leave the TV on so you don't feel alone and get scared. When your humans are away from your suite they must display the "Pet in Suite" door hanger provided at check-in so you are not disturbed.
• If you are allowed to take a nap on the bed (lucky you!) please make sure your humans use the pet sheets provided. It may save them an extra cleaning fee for the bedspread.
• While on property please keep the pet tag provided at check-in on your collar and stay on your leash when going for a walk – we don't want you to get lost!
• If, heaven forbid, you have an accident in the suite, please ask your human to clean it up as much as possible using toilet paper or paper towels and call our hotel operator right away so our staff can come to your suite immediately to eliminate any stains or odors.
• Enjoy your stay with us and don't hesitate to have your humans call us if there is anything we can do to make your Premiere Pet Club experience the best!
