ILX RESORTS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE CONNIE ROSS

PHOENIX, ARIZONA - May 27, 2003 - ILX RESORTS INCORPORATED (AMEX: ILX) a leading developer, operator and marketer of upscale flexible-stay vacation ownership resorts in the western United States, announces the appointment of Connie S. Ross as Executive Vice President: Corporate Development/Office of the Chairman.

Ross has for the last decade been a hotel and casino executive and expansion-property specialist for a major Las Vegas corporation which operated Imperial Palace Las Vegas, Nevada and Biloxi, Mississippi; and built and sold the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, among other associated businesses. Prior thereto, Ross owned and operated a successful financial consulting firm representing more than 75 publicly traded clients via several offices nationwide. She has been named the outstanding woman in tourism and Circle of Excellence recipient by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and an outstanding role model for women in Nevada by the Nevada Attorney General.

Greens Worldwide is developing the Greens of Las Vegas, a unique, world-class putting and golf entertainment facility designed by renowned golf architects Dye Design Group. Founded by 2003 U.S. Masters Champion Mike Weir and current California Amateur Champion Eddie Heinen, the Greens of Las Vegas is "redefining golf through the art of putting" and establishing a venue for high-profile putting tournaments and group events.
